Month to month no contract unlimited access to classes-$195 per month

10 visit punch cards available for $195. Must be used within 6 months of sign up or remaining classes are forfeited.

      Happy New Year!! Thank you for your interest in CrossFit Beverly. Yes, we offer beginner programs. Our introduction is two fold. We offer a FREE introductory session where you can come into the Box and try CrossFit to see if CrossFit, and more specifically CrossFit Beverly is right for you, which we undoubtedly believe will be a resounding “yes!” You will be coached through a warm up and a tutorial of the exercises you will be performing in the workout. We teach the scaling (modification of exercises to meet less conditioned athlete’s needs) of each exercise to make all movements accessible to all athletes. Our intro session lasts about an hour and we want you to show up and be prepared to get a workout in. We offer our FREE session every Saturday at 11am and Wednesday at 6pm.       If you like your experience, the next step is to join us for our “On-Ramp” program. On-Ramp is our 12 day introductory course which covers the foundational movements of CrossFit (squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball cleans.) We hold our On-Ramp in very high esteem as it is a gateway to better understanding the CrossFit methodology and it’s mechanics. After tutorials on getting you to move effectively each day we conclude with a workout which involves the exercises practiced. The exercises grow in complexity throughout the 12 days and while you won’t quite be a CrossFit Games athlete, you will have a better understanding of moving your body safely and why that is so important to us. We will also discuss nutrition for fitness, warm ups, mobility, and begin to introduce Olympic weightlifting as well as other functional movements based off the 9 foundational movements above. The structure of the classes and gradual increase in intensity is so important and beneficial to moving into regular sessions.
