I’ve been involved in sports and fitness for as long as I can remember. I found how rewarding it is to help and lead someone who has a desire to improve their lives through exercise.
MORE ABOUT NICK
Over the years I have witnessed and experimented with the various trends of fitness, but I have yet to be as enticed nor as excited as I am with the ethos of CrossFit. The mindset to help our members and to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all is unlike any gym I have ever been a part of. My goal is to make every participant in my classes smile, work hard and most importantly, have fun.

CrossFit Beverly has given me the opportunity to share my love of fitness and health by being on the staff! Coaching CrossFit has become an activity that I am extremely passionate about. Being able to coach our athletes brings me much joy. I believe coaching allows me the perfect opportunity to take athletes of all abilities and not only emphasize their strengths, but also help overcome their weaknesses.

I started as an intern at CrossFit Beverly learning about CrossFit and the operations of a CrossFit box. I walked into the box having no concept of what CrossFit even was.

MORE ABOUT MARISSA
Over the past years I was not only able to transform physical but mentally. CrossFit Beverly gave me a strength I did not know I had. With past injuries CrossFit Beverly was able to help me recover and make me stronger than ever. In June 2022, I become a trainer and it was the best one of the best decisions I could have ever made. I have found another aspect to CrossFit which has sparked an even bigger passion to improve and learn.
