With a continuous running clock
Each Team will have 405#of Bumpers. (45×3, 35×2, 25×4, 15×4, 10×4)
As a team you must Overhead Lunge all the weight 10m, one person working at a time. Once all the weight is moved 10m, you must Lunge the weight back.
If finished before 10:00, rest, or divide plates and load up deadlift barbells.
400 m Run (as a group)
200 DUs (Everyone Must participate at least 1/3 work)
100 Ring Push Ups
50 Deadlifts (Split weight from the 405#)
25 Cal Row
Workout must be done in order and only 1 person can work at a time. You must work together to complete a movement before moving on to next.
Weighted Sit Ups 25/15# plate.
One person works at a time
