This Wednesday, November 11, Veteran’s Day we will be participating in the 3 Wise Men WOD. The Three Wise Men tribute is to honor Ben, Jeremy and Beau Wise. Jeremy and Ben both lost their lives fighting in Afghanistan and Beau is still on active duty. Donations and t-shirt purchases help raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention amongst our returning soldiers. Click here to register.
For those of you who took the hydrostatic body analysis, you can use your data to get a dialed in nutrition plan. Our very own PJ, who is a certified nutritionist, is going to be offering his services to analyze the data and set you on a nutrition plan which will help in your nutrition goals. Whether it be weight loss, body composition change, weight gain, or nutrition for performance. If you are interested in PJ’s services, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will have PJ respond. 5 people have already taken us up on the program and we hope many more will too. We will be having the truck come back in March for a re-test for those who participated and for those who are interested in getting tested click here to find the truck. Or you can go to UIC’s Human Performance Lab and have the test taken there. If you are serious about making a change to your nutrition, having this data is a great resource for dialing in the proper nutrients customized for you.

The 4th annual CFB Turkey Bowl Flag Football game is on!! Thursday November 26 at 9:00am at Beverly Park. All are invited and welcome. Bring non-CFB family and kids to participate. AM vs PM again this year, and after a last second play the PM walked away victorious last year. So, AMer, sharpen your spikes and get ready to take the trophy.
