and fill it out. All participation would be appreciated as we strive to produce the best gym experience for you. We strive to be better and your feedback will help us improve. All responses are anonymous and your candor and honesty is appreciated.

This Wednesday, November 4 we will forego Open Gym and have Terri McCabe offer a Pilates session from 6-7pm. If you have a yoga mat please bring it. We are excited to introduce Pilates to our programming as we believe Pilates and CrossFit balance each other so well. A balance of controlled movements (Pilates) paired with powerful movements (CrossFit) builds strength and control through the entire body. The value of Pilates with CrossFit is the education of breathing techniques, alignment of the body to help develop a strong core and improved balance and coordination. We really hope everyone considers coming in and trying this program. Especially our gentlemen who really need help with ROM issues. If you are curious, please come and check it out.
The Hydrostatic Body Composition Analysis held here Thursday was a great success. 35 people came in to get their measurements and now have data to get on a solid plan of nutrition. Our very own PJ is going to be offering his services to analyze the data and set you on a nutrition plan which will help in your nutrition goals. Whether it be weight loss, body composition change, weight gain, or nutrition for performance. If you are interested in PJ’s services, please email email@example.com and we will have PJ respond. We will be having the truck come back in March for a re-test for those who participated and for those who are interested in getting tested click here to find the truck or you can go to UIC’s Human Performance Lab and have the test taken there. If you are serious about making a change to your nutrition, having this data is a great resource for dialing in the proper nutrients customized for you.

People have been telling us they are now getting the WOD posts on Facebook to come up on their newsfeed. This is great news, so please continue so we can expand our reach and share with the area our program. Your continued support is greatly appreciated.
