CrossFit Beverly will be closed Memorial Day Monday May 28th as we will be doing a Hero WOD at the Ridge park tennis courts immediately following athlete’s 5k run. Please consider joining us for the 35th Annual Ridge Run and signing up for the 5k portion. As sponsors of this years event, BAPA has been so kind to allow us to use the tennis courts for the WOD. We look forward to this becoming an annual event as we believe in this neighborhood and want to support it as much as you all support CrossFit Beverly. After your run, come down 96th Street and come into the tennis courts to complete your WOD. This is open to everyone so get yourself a running buddy and invite your friends to get a taste of CrossFit. We will add your WOD time to your 5k finish for a total time. Register here https://www.signmeup.com/site/online-event-registration/80021 The Ridge Run is always a great event. A wonderful way to start your Memorial Day by running through this great neighborhood which absolutely comes alive for this race. Follow it with our WOD and no guilt going to bbq’s and drinking beer the rest of the day. We look forward to seeing you there.

Hey All! Come in and get your groove on in open gym today. We are in the new space, 10552 S. Western. Park in the lot next door if you come by. This is where we will be from here on out, so even if you don’t come for open gym today make note to come here for any future WODs.
We are so excited to be in our new home. I know I have been talking about it so much, but this is a big deal to give you all a permanent place to call home. I look forward to the PR’s you all will set, first muscle up, or beating any of your “goats.”
A Huge thanks go out to Jim and Kris Sonntag for their support and hard work. Chris Brennan for pitching in and doing a large part of the electrical work and putting gear together, Jay Hanson for spending the day with Gary laying the purple floor, Mike “Bonk” McClintock for power washing the box and running classes so I could keep working on the space. Vince Winters for coming by and helping out especially today for getting a van and running gear from the old space here as well as the “Vince Winters Whiteboard.” Chris Grande for lending us his truck today, Fetz and Bill Kovats for coming by when the stall mats arrived and helped unload and Bill again for helping with the Infinity Rig. Iron Mike for spending a morning helping lay mats. And a gigantic big wet sloppy kiss to Dave Maroney. Dave almost single handed put up all the dry wall, mudded it all, and painted it all. He put the place together which made me work harder which got us open 2 weeks early. Dave, my gratitude goes beyond any written word! Thank you Thank you. And finally, all of our CFB family. You all make this entire adventure possible. A deep and profound Thank you.
Now get in here and kick some a$$!
