100 m Med Ball Carry 20#

9 KB Swings 53/35

4 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20

The Med ball may never touch the ground.  It must always be in a teammate’s hands. While 1 team member runs 100 m with med ball other team member must complete KB Swings and Burpee BJs.  If work isn’t done by the time runner returns they must wait HOLDING THE MED BALL until they can hand of and begin work on KB Swings and Burpee BJs.

Combined rounds of Kettlebell Swings and Burpee Box Jumps is team score.

Warm Up:

800 m Run

12 Perfect Push Ups

10 PVC Overhead Squats

10 Tuck Jumps

10 Hollow Rocks

10 GHD Back Extensions
