20 min AMRAP

Teams must collectively move 10,000 lbs ground to overhead.  Only 1 team member can work at a time and bar can be no more the 135#.

After finishing the 10,000 lbs, with the remaining time team must complete as many rounds as possible of 7 Air Squats/10 Abmat Sit Ups.  Again only 1 team member works at a time and team must work in a rotation.

Warm Up:

800 m Run

20 Jumping Jacks

15 PVC Overhead Squats

15 GHD Sit Ups

12 Ring Dips

10 Roll Back to V-Sit
