Team WOD

1 Round For Time

1. 400m Run

2. 30 Toes 2 Bar

40 Front Squats 75/55

50 Ground 2 Overhead 65/55

Teams of 2. 1 teammate must be in the gym at all times.

While 1 member runs 400 m other team member works to complete as many reps as possible.  Once runner returns teammates shift to complete as many reps as possible until runner returns.  Score is total time to complete.  Even if runner is out time doesn’t end until runner returns.

Warm Up:

Waiter Lunges 15/10 up/down track

10 Grasshoppers

10 Jumping Squats

10 Ball Slams

10 Perfect Push Ups

10 per side Kettlebell Halos

Skill/Strength:

Team selection, figure out good weights for team members.

Tomorrow, Sunday April 15, Open gym will be shortened.  Gym times are from 10-Noon.
