  1. sweet potato hash is great. any skillet with fresh veggies and meat works for me.. Can you request they use coconut oil or olive oil when cooking the crossfit skillets?

  2. They do have a great selection of vegetables already…….another good option for omelettes/skillets would be avocado……you should get them to put you on the menu “Try it CFB style!” (sweet potatoes, fruit, no toast)
