Hey All, We have had an outbreak of a nasty flu virus around the country but more specifically here at CFB. It has taken a few people out for some time and I just want to inform and request we all be a bit more vigilant when we are here. Please make sure to wipe down the bars, kettlebells, and pretty much everything else you touch. If you blow your nose please wash your hands after.
I know we do most of these things anyway, but I want to assure a clean safe environment for everyone. We will do our part to make sure the box is clean.
