Happy Birthday Diane!
Active Rest.
We always stress going out and trying new/different sports. Today is no exception. Go for a lap swim for the first time in years, take a nature hike through the Forest Preserve take a yoga class to loosen up…You guys know who you are. Be creative in doing something different today.
We have a lot in store coming up throughout the summer months. We are going to schedule a team swim WOD. We have a sign up on the board for dates the pool is available. We would like to maximize the rental but more importantly get everyone together for a WOD that is much different then anything we normally do. We also want to include family to take part of open swim as we have full run of the park for 2 hours. Times are from 10-12 noon, and we can stay and swim once the pool opens for the day. Please check a date that works for you and your family on the whiteboard.
We are going to start a Paleo challenge in August. More details to come, but expect a 30 day challenge with a winner take all cash prize.
